Giulia Quadrifoglio oil change in Abu Dhabi and the struggle to find the right spec is real

I picked up a used 2018 Giulia Quadrifoglio about four months ago after years of driving German stuff and I’m absolutely smitten with how this thing drives but the first service reminder just popped up and I’m suddenly realizing that finding a shop in Abu Dhabi that stocks the correct Selenia 0W30 oil for this Ferrari derived V6 is not as simple as walking into any lube shop in Mussafah and saying “give me the good stuff.” I’ve been reading through the Giulia forums and the consensus is pretty clear that you absolutely cannot just pour in any old synthetic because the MultiAir system is notoriously picky about the oil spec and the wrong viscosity can mess with the variable valve timing actuators in a way that will ruin your week and your bank account. I was doing my usual late night research trying to figure out if I should just order the oil myself online and bring it to a shop or if there’s actually a place in the capital that keeps the proper Selenia or the equivalent Petronas Syntium on the shelf and I ended up on https://www.exoticautoservices.ae/alfa-romeo-giulia-oil-change-abu-dhabi/ where they had a pretty detailed breakdown of the exact spec required for the 2.9L engine and even mentioned the correct filter type which is apparently different from the standard Giulia one and that level of detail gave me a bit of confidence that they actually know these cars. Anyone else in Abu Dhabi running a Giulia QV and found a reliable place for the routine maintenance that doesn’t treat the car like it’s some exotic alien spacecraft and actually uses the right fluids without you having to stand there and supervise the whole process?
