BDO Supply and Projects Progress
1,4-Butanediol a.k.a. BDO is a chemical that is produced mostly in China, and will continue to be mostly produced in China. As such, there are quite a projects in China planning to expand this chemical supply. This thread can be used to keep track of them.

Inner Mongolia BDO plant has begun to produce a pilot trail for BDO, and intends to build to 600,000 tons.
Meike Phase 3 and Gourong Chemical Industries have both shut down their BDO plants, Dongjing has reduced their production due to negative marginal costs.
The Wuhai Project Plant is expecting to build up to 700,000 tons of BDO.
